looked like woodbury to me. but if it wasnt then it could be morgan, but didnt it look like the same mask the person was wearing that crashed into the prison.

Morgan is not the only person left in the world and Woodbury isn't the only town within driving distance.

I expect that the are making a supply run and find some people who have been surviving by themselves in that town.

It would be too coincidental that one person could find Rick after months and the huge distance between them

yeah i recently brought up the episode 12 thing, but this isnt 12 yet is it? i thought this was like 10 or 11. you may be right. im gonna rewatch this episode to see the preview again and see if its woodbury or not. when i first heard rick say he was going to make a run, morgan popped in my head but still didnt think that was him on the roof.

Yep. At first I thought it was Woodbury too, but then they showed the street. I didn't even think of the person in the road. I only connected Morgan to the roof because it seemed similar to his last scene in the first season.
