Lol I didn't say I was cheering for Merle, I was cheering hard for Glenn. But I can see why Merle done it. They did leave him to die, and lost his hand because of it.

In truth Rick left Merle and Glenn just happened to be there. He just had to follow what Rick was saying since T Dog dropped the key.

I meant to say Iraq, lol. Fixed! You might be right, the governor has kept the people of his town sheltered and under his spell if you will.

Deep voice plus the accent I can't really place. Maybe old south... or something?

That's a good point, he's going to be pissed. Any chance Merle tries to rejoin Rick's group? Seems unlikely, but you never know.

I can't wait for Sunday. I think Merle and Daryl is going to bump heads and then end up saving them when the Gov is fixing to kill 'em all. I love Michonne and wish she'd smile more :D

I think Merle will try and prove himself to the gov. Im curious how the new character Tyrese that is supposed to be introduced soon is going to play into the mix. In the comic, he is Rick's right hand man.

and I want to add that waiting for new episodes sucks. :p I started the series last Wed and now I'm all caught up

You mean you started this season? Or you started the series. Cause if you just now started the series and didn't have to wait out the "off season" or whatever you call it in TV, I don't wanna hear it!

This is true but knowing how Merle is, he blames everyone even there.

Yeah he has masterfully kept his dark side hidden. Makes you wonder if the scientist has been slipping a little something in the tea to mellow them out.

Not sure, but it's a shock when you first hear him in an interview.

The other problem Merle has is that he's so racist to everyone.

I agree, Merle would never be allowed in Rick's group.

Yeah he is a little racist. Lol Of course I dont think he likes a single person. I don't think he is going to like Daryl much now that he's his own man so to speak. He was always Merle's sidekick, now he is rick's right hand man. That's not going to go over well. Merle's gonna "little brother" him, and that isn't gonna fly with Daryl. I can't wait for.their reunion, they can do a whole episode about it and I'd be happy.
