The Walking Dead

I saw this when I typed, "Who is Gareth" into google.

Taken from hollywoodreporter.com:
"The character will have what sources tell THR is a big presence, playing an important character on the series. West, for his part, is being credited as a guest star in season four with an option to be promoted to regular in season five."

I'm just curious. If Terminus is villain cannibal central and Gareth is apart of that evil antagonistic central story for Season 4 then would he really have the possibility to be promoted to 'regular' position in Season 5?

Was the Governor ever promoted to Series regular? As a plot device the cannibals and that story would serve its purpose for a season-ish, but the central protagonists would triumph over evil and that would be the end of that story arch (and evil characters).

I'm just trying to fish for what "possibility to be promoted to regular position in Season 5" means about who his character is going to be (as its been said he could be amongst 3 or 4 different characters from the comics...one of which isn't necessarily an inherently EVIL guy.)

The cannibal storyline wasn't very long in the comic; i don't think the whole season will be Terminus.

I think it was instinct, you know Follow the path (like Ricks rabbit)...when people become a part of us we become stronger...invite people in it's how we survive

We get it, you're cannibals. Lol

Given how everything all came together again, I'm betting Morgan was driving the car that Beth got picked up in. He saw her in trouble and picked her up to safety.

I also think Rick and the group get saved by Tyrese and Carol, maybe with Beth and Morgan too.

Carol was in the train car I thought

Also didn't see Judith in the group, any chance those were baby back ribs on the grill?????

Bad joke I know

Anybody saying Rick is a joke is nuts!

Boom! Rick is back and even badder!

I want to shove a shotgun up Gareth's azz and pull the trigger. Scrawny, cocky, bastard!

How could you not hate that guy?

Maybe Beth is in with Tyrese, Carol, and Judith.

Carol, tyrese, and Judith (the baby) are the only ones that we haven't seen make it to terminus now if they even do head there. Last time we saw them tyrese had Judith and carol had just killed lizzy and they left the house.

Ah! That's right. I forgot Tyrese had the girls and Judith, I just remembered the others finding her carseat. Thanks.

I caught the bones, but I didn't catch they were leading them anywhere til my husband mentioned it. He said, "They're guiding them where to go" after I said they were pitiful shots. haha

Fantastic episode! IMO

I was also expecting one of the regulars to get killed off but it I'm glad it didn't happen. I thought the last line by Rick was great.

One more thing the ones complaining about a cliffhanger? Have you watched television before every show ends in a cliffhanger during its season finale.

I even saw someone say it should have been longer! Its rare for shows to expand unless its a series finale. Take for instance tonight's series finale of How I met your Mother it will expand for one hour instead of 30 minutes.

Just finished watching it. Holy EFFFFF.... Great episode! Did not disappoint. I wasn't expecting the Honor Gang to get dispatched so quick in the episode. And how!!! GatDAYUM!!!

The flashbacks were perfect for bringing the season full circle from the disappointing end of last season to this episode. I really feel like the show is truly back on track now.

Rick's closing line reminded me of his speech in the season 2 finale before the prison pan over. Although this time the group is buying in instead of somewhat scared of him. You can see how Sgt Ford will become Rick's right hand man going forward.

Not sure about that just yet, I think she still sees Daryl as such.

My initial reaction was that they were terrible shots too but I quickly realized they were aiming at their feet herding them in a certain direction. Just as I noticed it they showed the camera angle of the shooter purposely aiming in front of them.

When I heard the banging on the train car they ran past I assumed Glenn and Co were in that one. Who knows how many prisoners they have?

Yeah Daryl will still be Robin to Rick's Batman. I guess what I meant was I see how Ford will follow Rick's lead instead of trying to take charge himself.

Im still wondering if we see Morgan again. And the Latino gang that were taking care of the old people. And also the family that left the group in season 1 that was headed to Virginia

Morgan will more than likely be back. The Latino gang was in ATL so I doubt they will go back there. As for the other family, I personally don't care. There is nothing wrong with them not crossing paths with others that they encountered again. That's how the real world works. Sometimes you meet people briefly then never see them again.
