I totally agree. Chris Todd played the game of his life against us and we made Tate look like a freakin heisman candidate. Plus UT had a TON of dropped passes that game. UT just didn't show up for the UCLA game. Crompton had 3 INT's and the D did not play well. Our O-Line couldn't get a push for 1 yard! UCLA did have some beast defensive tackles. Oh well that's college football. I like the way we are playing NOW.

This teams has grown and learned. The trials of the UCLA game and other losses will help them down the line.

As with any transition you are going to have a certain amount of inconsistency from week to week (see last week's offense which was good, but not great like it was against GA). Things like the UCLA game and the AU game, while we would all like to have them back, are part of the growing pains of a program in transition like ours. The nice thing is that we are transitioning to something that I think we can all agree is better than what we had in the past. Also I think we can already see the light at the end of the tunnel after only eight games, and we all anticipate that this will be a fun run of football under CLK, CMK, CEO, CEG, CJC, et al.

Bad performances in the passing game was UT's biggest problem in those two losses. For the past two games UT's passing game is much improved over what it was then. No doubt UT would be favored against both of those teams if scheduled to play them now.

Ehh..dont sweat it....we were by no means a "jelled" (sp) team then at all....thats what this year is....getting used to a REAL system...not a clap your hands and "we gotta go look at the film team" and we are gonna work like heck (for 8 years) to get better type of team....but a good solid coached team.....UCLA...we wernt even close...
