Nothing wrong with that. I do without or with milk or water. I like them all.

i don't remember what is what, but i want cheese, ham and eggs on them. had a late lunch (about 2 pm) and then momma just fixed hotdogs, which is fine, cause she worked all week, plus we have thanksgiving dinner at church on sunday so she's cooking for that, so i'd rather her not kill herself cooking dinner tonight too and i wasn't much in the mood for hot dogs, so i guess now i want some hashbrowns

Sorry I didn't mention mixing milk with your eggs usa. I don't use milk or water, I don't like the texture of the finished product. You can try it next time to see if you like it. The standard rule is about a tsp per egg.

I made one not long ago with smowked Gouda and put a few marinated Hungarian and Peperoncini peppers on it. GTFO!

Canola oil, dried oregeno, garlic powder, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and red wine vinegar. Overnite at a minimum.
