I use both. Sometimes milk, sometimes water. I like the milk better. Seems a bit fluffier. I like fluff.
 
i don't remember what is what, but i want cheese, ham and eggs on them. had a late lunch (about 2 pm) and then momma just fixed hotdogs, which is fine, cause she worked all week, plus we have thanksgiving dinner at church on sunday so she's cooking for that, so i'd rather her not kill herself cooking dinner tonight too and i wasn't much in the mood for hot dogs, so i guess now i want some hashbrowns
 
Sorry I didn't mention mixing milk with your eggs usa. I don't use milk or water, I don't like the texture of the finished product. You can try it next time to see if you like it. The standard rule is about a tsp per egg.

Canola oil, dried oregeno, garlic powder, sea salt, cracked black pepper, and red wine vinegar. Overnite at a minimum.
