Great idea on the interviews Hat. Enjoyed the Tee Martin interview, and looking forward to future ones.

Are they all going to be the 10 question format?

Are they all going to be the 10 question format?
I've found that to be the most effective format. If you go in with more questions than that, it starts to become pretty time consuming. I try to be very respectful of the time of active coaches. They're doing me a favor by talking to me and I don't want to abuse their kindness. If I catch a retired coach or someone who isn't as pressed for time, I try to stretch things out a little and go a little more in depth.

I personally like the 10 questions format. Quick read, knock out the "big" questions, and go to the next read. Keep em coming.

Nice job, Hat. Tee is certainly one of the all time greats here, but he is also a class act.

I hope he doesn't take Woody McCorveys advice too seriously. An added grain of salt would be helpful.

I sent him a message on Facebook and he responded the next day. Seems like a very nice guy, and hope he does well in his coaching career.
