I guess we have a different measure for great kid. Smacking a girl around at a traffic light at 3 AM would qualify as a getting in trouble.

Ole Miss remaining games:
Auburn (H)
Miss St (H)
LSU (A)
Kentucky (A)
Alabama (H)
Arkansas (H)
Georgia (H)
Georgia (A)
If they win their home games (likely) and one on the road (likely), with an RPI at 31, they are in.
CARE TO TRY AGAIN?

try again...do you watch college basketball?
UM is crashing hard they have lost 5/7 games with losses to auburn (rpi 173), state, sc (rpi 111), arkysux, alabama (rpi 108)... UM has 7 games left against an average rpi of 74, I bet they win no more than 4 of those games finish 21-9 and miss the dance.

My question is is there any team even remotely NCAA Tourney worthy in the SEC West

they're all so inconsistent.. ar has lost by 13 to ga and beat miss st by 20....?? but they should get in..good rpi and more than likely 22 or 23 wins does it for them-

This post could be relevant if you found where I posted any kid kicked off the football team was a good kid. But since you can't, this is completely irrelevant.

4 of those 5 losses were on the road.....their later schedule has more home games....granted if they don't win their home games they may not make it...if they do, they are in, despite your obvious hatred for them....a strong finish and a good SEC tourney will sway the selection commitee in their favor

UM is going down in flames.. just b/c it makes your big win suspect, doesn't mean I hate them.. facts are facts. 5/3 against top 100 rpi teams doesn't cut it-

Dane Bradshaw, JuJuan Smith, Lofton, Tyler Smith, and Jamont Gordon... all were recruited by Buzz. Two de-committed... one came back.

It will be interesting to see what Pearl is able to do with his own players. Romar, Duke, and Chism are good, but the future concerns. One reason why I'm not necessarily on the bandwagon to go throwing money at Pearl just yet. If he can sign Hopson and take us to the Elite Eight, then I say you can discuss a sizeable raise.

Everyone knows Coach Fulmer normally pulls in a top ten recruitng class. Bruce had a good recruitng class as well. My point being, Bruce knows how to bring in good recruits and produce good teams. Coach Fulmer has yet to perfect that on a consistent basis.:whistling:

I'm late on this one, but I thought this has been an established fact the last 2 years.

Blue and Grey, I think it's impossible for only 3 SEC teams to make the dance. That is your original, and still active, statement.

Arkansas, Vanderbilt, and Tennessee are all in. You concede this. I think it's a given, barring severe implosion.

But do you really believe that between Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Florida, there won't be one more? Between three 6ish loss teams, to say that none of them will finish at least 5-2 in their last 7 games is quite a reach. 4-3 might do it for Florida. Plus, all three teams are 60 or under in RPI, which isn't amazing, but good enough at a 20-9 record. Plus any of them could have the strong finish in the SEC tournament. A 3-Bid league seems highly unlikely.
