When I tell you a problem and give three examples of said problem, don't making freaking excuses. Your people are not doing their work or they need help. Not tough to fix. Don't tell me it's not really an issue with missed deadlines when I know it is an issuse. Especially when missing deadlines costs your company money and tomorrow you'll be complaining about profits are not where they need to be. Don't follow that up by asking for examples over the next two weeks of the problem (so you can investigate) when i just gave you 3 examples from last week. Here is an idea: STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND FIX THE FREAKING PROBLEM!!!

And finally, it doesn't take 2 weeks to fix a fax machine or sign up for an online fax service. We are not stupid. Burying your head in the sand will not magically fix it. Pick up the phone or go online and take care of it. Not that difficult.

I hate getting behind someone who drives 25 mph on the highway, especially when there is a long line of cars in between us that causes me not to be able to pass :banghead2:
