I like the small fridge looking electric smoker by master built. I've used em so much over the years, I've already warn the old one out. The egg is too small IMO for what I do. I can cook 12 racks of ribs at a time.

You know, I saw one of those recently and it was on sale. I almost bought it just for the sake of buying it. The wife would have killled me.

I like that you can digitally control the temp. If you do 12 racks at a time, the egg may not work. Maybe the new XXL.

Nothing wrong with offset smokers at all. If you can control the heat you can cook on it. I know guys that cook in an old trash can. I like the egg because I can smoke and grill on it.

Bought the Kingsford grill that Walmart had for 88 dollars at the beginning of soring. Best grill I've ever had,grill and smoke on it,absolutely love it. Will be building a UDS next just because I love to cook
