I don't know. Did ribs and chicken last time. But I did leg quarters not breast. I make a pretty good brisket but it's more work. My wife got me some new shredder tools a while back so maybe a picnic or boston butt.
I am open to ideas. I'll need to get it tonight. Whatever I do I am sticking to one smoker this time running 2 while necessary recently is double the cleanup which is my least favorite part.
Slice is that d33k that is singing on the street corner that wants you to give them $ but all you wanna do is pay him to stfu. Problem is if you pay them they sing louder.
