1) Are you kiddin' me!!! We almost won this game.
2) Simms actually played well. Our O-line has a lot to do with the QB play (honest assesment - look at my handle).
3) Coaching staff should be commended for a great game plan that put us in positition to win.
4) Coaching staff should be beaten about the head, neck region for loosing the game with too many men on the field.
5) Nick R. is the reason "stars" don't matter. He loves TN and plays like it every down.
6) KY got beat by the worst team in the SEC; which makes KY the worst team in the SEC!!!!
7) As of right now Alabama is beating Florida like FL just fielded a Vanderbilt quality team.
8) Number 7 makes me happy.
9) In case you forgot LSU had one of the best defenses in the country.
10) Even in down years we are still TENNESSEE and no one can take us lightly!

I couldn't agree more. I was so proud watching our team play today. The two extra defenders, much less the original who should have been out there were not even needed for the last play. Every man in Orange played the entire game with so much heart. This should be the moment when these guys realize they CAN compete with anyone in the country on any given day. We know this is going to be a tough year, we knew before the season even started. I hope all of our fans, media, and coaches use this experience to rally our team for next week. I would expect our team to get an extra special welcome when we charge through the T in our next home game. Let's not get too down on our players after this week, we played inspired football today with small talent pool and extremely limited experience. Let's consider this growing pains and look forward to our future. The SEC is going to fear the Orange and CDD in the future once again if we continue to get this kind of effort.

...by the way... Patrick Peterson who?

1) Are you kiddin' me!!! We almost won this game. We lost.
2) Simms actually played well. Our O-line has a lot to do with the QB play (honest assesment - look at my handle). LOL
3) Coaching staff should be commended for a great game plan that put us in positition to win. They put us in a position to fail and we lost. As long as we have 13 players on the field, we are/were NEVER in a position to win.
4) Coaching staff should be beaten about the head, neck region for loosing the game with too many men on the field. Or terminated.
5) Nick R. is the reason "stars" don't matter. He loves TN and plays like it every down. The rest of the team is the reason stars DO matter.
6) KY got beat by the worst team in the SEC; which makes KY the worst team in the SEC!!!! I wonder if KY's EVER had 13 on the field.
7) As of right now Alabama is beating Florida like FL just fielded a Vanderbilt quality team. Bama can go die.
8) Number 7 makes me happy.
9) In case you forgot LSU had one of the best defenses in the country. LOL
10) Even in down years we are still TENNESSEE and no one can take us lightly! LSU took us lightly, and we lost.

This coaching staff is starting to lose its luster with me, in case you can't tell.

Yeah, I would have loved the W, but I sat on the edge of my seat waiting for the blow-out that never came. I am terrified going to GA next week just because we will be so emotionally drained. I do believe that all these tough losses this year will lead to a top 25 program next year.

seriously though, it seems like the offensive playbook was opened up a lot tonight. Did it seem like we ran a lot more diversity this week than usual to anyone else? Maybe its because sims played well and allowed this to happen, but it just seemed like the play calling was much better (and broader) than it has been.

I agree, couple other points
1 UT had what 2 or 3 penaties the whole game (last one was huge, but everyone was confused, lsu players, ut players) Name me one team that has never had a 12 men on the field penalty

2 UT took a roster of almost half freshmen

3 2-3, but my lord look who they have had to play.

I saw that as well. At the end of the day I was very happy with our team. If any of you listened to the pregrame shows you will now we were given NO CHANCE!!!! The difference between TENNESSEE and other teams is that even in down years we are dangerous.
