I will agree that you're right on this. The Dems as a whole are like a hamster running on a wheel right now, lots of energy being burned but nothing (at this moment) can come from it.

I think they should back off Trump a little and see if they give him enough rope that he'll hang himself (not literally). Let the media attack him and come up with a game plan to get some seats back. I'm not sure it can happen but the route they're going now will not work.
