So- thanks, really, dan4vols.

While I only took some courses at MSU in 79 & 80 because the same classes were sadistic at Southwestern at Memphis, I&#39;ve always felt defensive about the Tigers&#39; crappy reputation back then. They&#39;re my home team.

It almost sounds like, at the same time, Tommy and the Tigers were simaltaneously developing into the best thing that could eventually happen to each other. He was becomming the kind of ultimate hard-ass who could actually make something of them, and they were becoming the kind of sweat-hog losers who were just waiting for somebody like him to pummel the success out of them.

I know I have not ever done that.I agree talking smack on other teams sites is rude and unsportsman like.If your gonna talk smack atleast do it in a classy way.

What we need is a new word.

Smack is irratating sometimes, especially if you&#39;re a fan of a team that&#39;s opened itself up to attack, but it&#39;s kind&#39;ve like Medaeval fencing- somebody might giet hurt, but the actual object has more to do with dueling and slapping somebody upside the head with your gauntlet. It doesn&#39;t necessarily have to be classy, but at its worst it&#39;s still got lines you don&#39;t cross- sort&#39;ve a low-rent class.

That&#39;s not what we&#39;re complaining about here, though, and "Flamer" doesn&#39;t quite capture it. What we need is a new word for idiots who actually think they&#39;re doing their teams proud by being a flaming embarrassment...
