Yet notice how the public importance of these products has itself become an excuse for many companies which produce them to abuse and decieve the public even more aggregiously than the tobacco companies.

After all, tobacco companies target and place individuals at risk. Some arms manufacturers, through $500 hammers and weapons which either don't work or actively endanger the service people who'd depend upon them target and place at risk the public at large.



In effect, despite the Common Law principle the Supremes held paramount in Cippolone v. Liggett, the more important your product is to the public well-being (economic and/or physical) the lower the moral standards which lawmakers and the courts will hold you to...

We do....you can always start a "ban" thread in the pub for anyone you think we should get rid of. If people agree, I will pull the trigger. I find it quite amusing sometimes but it can be irritating as well.

Yea, I sent out a couple of warnings on the personal attacks, and I don't usually give second chances after that. It seems to drum up activity anyway.

What&#39;s more (can we get a hubba) the school had 23,000 students, 17,000 of them were female, and 10,000 of those females lived at home.

Not merely off-campus, but at home.
