I hope she gives it a go next year. People that stay busy seem to regress slower. She deserves to do what's best for her though.

I would like for them to give her an administrative role with the team so she is involved everyday but hire a head coach to maintain what she has built.

It's definitely different. My grandma had it for 10+ years. I'd say for the first 3 years she was still the same with minor differences. Then things changed a lot each year, hard to see. Just depends how fast it moves, but id like to see her for one more year around the team.

nah that's reserved for 8-9hrs. We had 3 nights of up every 30min-1hr and were worn out

he did 11hrs straight once and we both freaked when the alarm went off
