I am very happy wit it. Our current loan is 4.5%. Even with the pmi we'll have to pay for the first 18 months, our payment will be about 230 less than what we're paying now. 270 less once the pmi comes off.

Can do a lot with that extra money.

Mornin'! Awesome workout this morning. Realized I was doing full extension of both arms during the cool down yoga stuff at the end. Did soft punches with full extension during the workout. Woot woot!!!

4* WR Tyler Boyd- Committed to Pitt during the UA AA game, but during an interview after the game said his recruitemnt would stay open til Feb. 6th. He said UT and CBJ had been after him hard for the past month or so and was going to take an OV sometime this month. Some observers said Boyd didn't seem to sure where he was going to play ball this fall when he committed during the game. This guy is thin but during the the UA AA game he looked really tough and didn't have a problem going up in traffic to get the ball. If we could pull Boyd and North in this class they have potenial to be better than Patterson and Hunter. Again this is all potenial and we all know that things happen to this guys when they hit campus.
