He was a great SEC dc and a great SEC recruiter. I think he's a great character guy as well. If i am correct, Louisville was a 2 or 3 win team when he took over. This is his 2nd or 3rd year and they won 10 games and are projected to go to a BCS bowl. He wont make the instant impact that Gruden would, but I think he's better for the long haul.
