A mile on the treadmill, then my shoulder exercises, now ice. The ice is my favorite part.

I love icing my feet down at night(when I have time). I have to wear socks to make it the full 15 min though.

Naww, I had to be at the office at 7, so I was at the gym at 6 so I totally missed it all.

Saw several spats, like the car that fell off the overpass? WTF?

Four cops and an emergency unit passed me on 58 headed up to the wreck there. Didn't know what had happened til after I got to work. Two people died in that one.

Horrible tragedy. Looks like someone missed the onramp or something, tried to correct to get on, and didnt make it.
