What are they doing for him right now? And what do you have to be watching for tonight?

He isn't on any pain Meds at the moment. He had celulitus(sp?) infection start in the foot on the leg of the knee replacement. He is on 4 antibiotics because if the infection gets to his knee it could be deadly. He is going through what they call "sundowning". Dr says it sometimes happens to elderly people when they go through trauma. He talks off the wall and doesn't remember who people are at times and also tries to get out of bed. My mom said he showed a little aggression today and hit the bed. Im just here to try to calm him down and keep him from getting out pf bed if he wakes up and is out of it. Dr said patients going through this tend to do better if someone familiar is with them.

Bless his heart. How long do they expect that to last?

Not sure. Dr seems to think that permanent is unlikely but no idea to tell how long it will last. Hopefully no more than a few days.

I noticed there are tickets available to the UT GA game in Athens. I would love to go but Athens is a horrible place to get in and out of on game day. You pretty much have to be in athena a few hrs before game time. Not sure the kids could handle it. Don't want to put them or my wife through the he heckling either.

I picked Kenseth to win the Championship before the season started. Not so sure he can do it on his way out the door though.
