Leftover serloin roast with onions, potatos, and carrots for lunch today. I think it's time to head to the microwave.
 
I had some pork chops that I was going to throw on the grill last night. I started tinkering and made my own marinade. olive oil, a little vinegar, fresh garlic(ALOT) a han full of fresh parsley, a fresh squeezed lime and some of the zest, and some salt and pepper. I put it all in the blender. I only let it sit for about 3 hrs. I wish I had made it the night before.

Making your own can be fun, but can suck at the same time if you really like it, trying to remember what you did to make it again sometime.
