Ho, I ran 4.35 miles on the treadmill yesterday morning in 40 min. I'm gonna try to run the neighborhood(4.5 miles) this afternoon. Trying to find time to get outside has been harder than I thought it would be. Just not enough time in the day.

I hear ya. Finding the time is challenging.

Yesterday I did well. I ran 5 at lunch. Went to the Y and got on the bike machine for 40 minutes and then did 2 miles on the treadmill.

No its actually pretty tragic. My friend still lives out in that same apt complex (I moved back in July). He was talking to the property manager couple weeks back and she said she was about to go to a funeral for a tenant. It was that chick...she committed suicide.

I feel bad for some reason
