Thanx, it's just stuff we cooked up at work back when we allowed. Night shifts did some awesome cooking. We had grills going everywhere.
 
Good. I hope to remember jalapenos and olives the next time. I think adding the chopped tomato just adds something when you bite into it.

Just my opinion. I would do one or the other but not both. I would also suggest not including either into the "mixture". Make them the way you usually do, but instead of one big portion, make two smaller ones. Use the Jalapenos to garnish one and the olives for the other. If you don't like one or the other, at least you can remove them.

Thanx. I'll do it that way. Makes sense. Would suck to make a pan and not like it. I'll ease into my experiment.
 
Behr, I forgot I coat it Mexican, Festival or taco cheese(depending on vendors name) and bake it. Should I garnish before or after baking.

If I were you, I would replace half of the salsa with refried beans. I would also use Pepper Jack shredded cheese instead of the Festival or Taco (you already have enough "chili" flavoring.)

You're making me hungry!
