Thanks. Did about 5.3 miles and felt decent. Getting longer and longer runs in without having to walk during the run. Just need to get those pounds to also shed.

They r doin well. They found a rental and the insurance is gna give them the full structure value. It was shocking when I saw it in person. How's chance? Started 2aday practices yet?
