I've been good or decent on calorie intake this week. I need to burn off another 10 to 15 pounds though before mid-May. My running has felt better/easier the last two times out. Got four miles in and felt decent the whole way.

Nice. Calorie intake is my problem. Late night snacking is killing me. It's too easy to grab a hand full of oreos and a glass of milk. I've put onabout 8 lb over the winter. I hope to knock it off son myself now that the weather will be improving soon.
