Because last week I worked on almost 50 delinquent accounts for an association, sent out demand letters last week. So today I am getting calls galore from these homeowners stating they had already paid. The association just switched over management companies, and apparently the old management company never applied the amounts to the association and well the never management company never checked into it before sending it over to us. The new company is asking for a reduction in the attorney's fees that we charged because of the fact that they made the mistake of sending all these accounts that were delinquent instead of looking into it. So I had to spend alot of my time on this work last week and now today to get everything correcting and they want a break? :angry:
