i came home today and my computer would'nt connect to the internet so i called charter, apparently something incredibly bad is going on...so i'm on safe mode? how can the internet NOT run on regular windows but it's running fine on safe mode? it looks like windows '88.

It's happened to me before, and they'll claim it's nothing on their end, then all of a sudden the internet will work again.

i went through a lot of the command stuff. he said it looks like i either have a virus or a lot of spyware somewhere in here. i just dont see how it would work in safemode and not regular. i feel like i'm typing in 5 font.
