OE, what is your work out routine like?

Monday.... half mile warm up
Legs
Back
Biceps
Run

Tues..... half mile warm up
Physcial Training = push ups, sit ups, pull ups....mountain climbers, leg lifts and jumping jacks...
Run

Thurs same as Tues

Friday.... half mile warm up
Chest
Shoulder
Triceps
Run

*To make things interesting I will run with a 20 pound weight vest.........

Well.... I don't..... I am down to 178 lbs and my doctor told me not to go under 175 lbs....

The only picture I've seen of you was from halloween, and you definitely did not look like a health freak. :crazy: You didn't look bad or anything, you just didn't look like you were that picky. :p
 
Oh yeah, those...... that was last year, I was going through a weight gaining stage and I was over 200.

Ever since my doc told me I had high blood pressure I quit the weight gaining stuff.

I am 6'1".

Yeah you forgot about your pictures with your little phil. :birgits_giggle:
 
I used to go through spurts where I wanted to be big and then I wanted to be skinny.

I'll just stay skinny now that I have the blood pressure problem.
