And good luck volsforever in getting out of that ticket, I'd be shocked if you got out of it, unless you can do some kind of service or driving school, but even still do you realize how many people in this nation would get out of tickets if they said "well my record has been clean so that allows me to get out of my first ticket". :eek:lol:

Yep, but that wasn't my first ticket and the reason I got out of it was because the cop was in error according to the violation he wrote. New cop not knowing what he was doing, darn for him.

Wow I'm so lucky to get all this great advice... well I never said I haven't gotten a ticket before, but it's been awhile, and there's other factors of why I don't believe I should just go along and pay it. It's just a pain. Yes, I'll probably have to go to the stupid school, but better that than my insurance going up.
