I will give it credit, its actually something you will feel once you do it, that is if you do it the right way. The inner thighs mostly. I bought mine on ebay for about half the price in the stores. If yours comes with a cd, tell her to use it, it gives different suggestions on how to use it. Now I use mine about once a week when watching tv.
