It's that church and state crap. When I worked in Germany I got the Friday and Monday off on Easter weekend. Bavarian state holidays.

Off to class. Hopefully she only makes us turn in the paper and lets us leave. Probably not, but a man can hope.

I don't know what I'm doing, so we'll see. Not sure if I will go home to Charleston or somewhere else or just stick around town. I'll be going to Charleston two weeks after that for a race and a friends wedding shower so I don't really feel like traveling to Charleston, such a boring drive.

I'm about three hours from leaving town for Atlanta.

Now if I can just figure out how to squeeze the 8 hours of work I have to do into that time frame, I'll be set.

Yeah I've done this one before, did it last year but I did it with my brothers girlfriend, she is not much of a runner, I'm not either, but I wanted to run a longer duration than her, so this year I'm doing it on my own, not so sure how well that will turn out, but hopefully a better time than last year. The one negative about this race is there is no water until after going over the entire bridge.

But I give you props for doing all of these races, something I have no desire to do!

Wife thinks I'm nuts too. She asks me why and I just shrug my shoulders. Just silly that way I guess. Beer and running.

What made you start, did you just decide oh how about I just run a race? The bridge run is the only one I've done, probably about 6 or so years, family thing, yet we don't run together, just go to the spot, run at our pace, meet up in the end.

Colleague at work ran. I started and got into it. Lots 30 pds initially and then gained 15 back. My intent is to lose the 15 plus another 10 hopefully by September. Need to have no gut by the time the Triathlon comes along. Hopefully. :)

We got married on Good Friday because I didn't have any classes. It will have been 38 years on the 27th. Bet you think no one could put up with me that long. I sure do.
