The Fed on Wednesday(Dec 1, 2010) was forced to reveal the identity of the companies it aided during the crisis, after contending to Congress that keeping their identities and the details of such lending secret was essential. Much of Wall Street, and corporate giants such as General Electric, Harley Davidson and McDonald's, took advantage of the Fed's help. We've done the math on how the Fed propped up the auto industry.
 
According to that Ford and others have paid a lot of it back. While GM and Chrysler just pissed it away.
 
That's because ford is the best damn vehicle made. I have a gmc sierra though haha

Very true. But you can't say they never took the money. I don't play sides either way.


Both companies are making great cars and trucks. Chrysler, erm, uh, well, the charger looks nice.
 
Also, what is the best diesel engine made? Cummins. Who makes cummins? Ford.
