This team sucks lately. All the buzz on the DFW radio this week has been about how good they are too. Obviously the guys on sports radio haven't watched us go 7-9 this month against the Blue Jays, Indians, Orioles, Angels, Royals and A's

Still, have a nice cushion on the west and only a game outside of first in the AL. Besides, all of those teams aside from Anaheim and KC are above .500.

So, don't fret just yet.

I'm not. Just saying we haven't looked good lately, and that I'm surprised the Dallas media wasn't all over the recent skid. They usually love to overreact.

... Maybe it's because it's the middle of may, and nobody outside of the northeast corridor freaks out this early?

That's True. Maybe my expectations for the Dallas media were too low following the article suggesting we trade Josh Hamilton and Jurickson Profar for Matt Kemp.
