OP sounds drunk. But, I have to agree w that last part about Butch. If you're not going to make a splash hire, then keep him. Don't hire another hope unless we're gonna get better.

Firing our coach ain't the answer. Hiring the upgrade is. Please tell me they are working like heck to get a replacement.

Ah, so it was fan discontent and NOT Jones' incompetence that led to the losses and poorly coached play. That's brilliant.

Jones is not the guy for the job. Five years have left no doubt in the minds of people with any propensity at all... to use their minds.

So keep a coach who has proven he's not good enough... is all but certain to lead a decline of the program... because someone didn't do their homework when hiring HIM?

No thanks. There ARE good up and comers who have actually won against the best competition they've faced rather than riding weak schedules to "championships".

In this case... there are LOTS of upgrades over Jones. He is NOT good enough.
