the swamp

2010 I think is what the plan says. Don't even get me started on the O'Connell Center :) I actually think that TBA is a lot nicer than OCC before anyway flips a $hit.

TBA was nicer than the O Dome before the renovations and it isn't even close with them.

Everyone is a "fan" in their own way.

You remind me of an experience I had in Athens a few years ago. I scalped tiks out front and was pleasantly surprised that I'd somehow managed to get seats next to other Vols in the middle of a UGA section. So the game starts, and the 2 "fans" were complaining about every little thing UT did. (even though we were winning). Finally, just before the half I blasted em both. You see, they had more negative things to say about "their" team than the Dawg fans did. The section fell over laughing when I called those idiots out. Thankfully they shut up and let me enjoy our victory.

The moral of the story? Be the fan you want to be. Just don't be surprised if you get called out for it.

I've been to both. Neyland is easily one of the best stadiums I've ever been to. Had the opportunity to go into the newly renovated areas after the walkthrough before the UF game last year, and saw the UT football facility from the inside that Friday. Top of the line. I've only been to the Swamp once, and have never seen their locker rooms or football facility, but I was blown away with Neyland and the gameday atmosphere this fall when I went for the first time.

I agree that Neyland's gameday atmosphere is easily one of the top in the SEC. I didn't have the chance to go inside facilities at the Swamp either. I have been in the IPF in Knoxville and it is very nice.

I went to Death Valley at night. The atmosphere was somber because UT had one of tthe largest come from behind victories!!!!!!!!!!!! Great night to be a Vol.

And the UGA fans were assholes. Who can blame them though when the team you hate the most owns you at home...ahhh the 1990s were good.
