Seems like joe decided to pick a candidate by nonsensically ruling out something like 85% of the population, and then pared that down by roughly half if you assume the male/female black population to be roughly equal. So he basically eliminated 90+% of the population. And that's just for starters. In short biden didn't choose well. At least in a few years if the SC diversity programs shows what one would imagine - the GOP can go on record and say "we didn't support your BS."
