I think I heard this is the first time both teams entered the game undefeated since sometime in the 80s?

We might trade places with USC. I don’t expect us at top 5. Has a nice ring to it though

With the games left on our schedule, we absolutely control our own destiny. Win out (unlikely), and any pollster would have their head examined if they didn’t vote us at #1.

15 losses in a row is long damn enough, I’ve been thru three marriages during that time all three of my ex wives were Bama fans it’s high time this streak ended and it will Saturday. And I won’t ever marry another Bama fan.

That's what happens when you are sleeping with the enemy!

Biggest game since LSU 2001 SEC Championship.

We will be top 5.
I think we're the only team in the top 10 to have beaten a Top 25 team today.
And we bludgeoned them by 4 TDs...

#2 Alabama vs #5 Tennessee
I'm thinking it will be #1 vs # 5.....it's all about viewers and $$$.

I'm all for us beating Bama however, aside for the morale factor, next week is almost meaningless. Win or lose we have to beat Georgia to get to the SEC championship or the playoffs and an Alabama loss would still put them in the SEC Championship against either us or GA with a spot in the playoffs on the line.
I don’t understand why everyone keeps saying this. Beating bama and losing to Georgia would be an easier path to the playoffs, wouldn’t have to risk a loss in SEC championship.

Saban will have them ready and we will get their “A” game. After 4 turnovers and two missed FGs, he will be all over them this week about not playing well. Young will likely be back also.
^^^ This all....day....long !!!!!

True. On the other hand, beating Georgia and losing to Bama means that a) we can avenge our one loss in Atlanta and b) we can win an SEC championship. The latter still means a lot.

Nah bro. A win against Alabama changes everything. More confidence. More publicity. More recruits. Less Saban mystique. Perception is reality. Time to take back our crown.
Enough of "Alabama and the rest of the NCAA". There are other teams out there.
