Typical hit job by the media. Why didn't they ask Biden about his son's dealings with China? Why don't they ask Schumer why he voted for a border wall previously? Why don't they ask Pelosi the same? The Dems won't go on Fox, and subject themselves to the scrutiny, and the Democratic media won't ask. The refs call it one way.

But why aren't the Pres and Reps playing Schumer's, Obama's, Clinton's, etc. comments on a constant loop around Washington? I don't get it. Why not hit them right between the eyes with their own words?

I wonder how big the freak out would be if Obama shut down the government because his sacred cow didn't get support in the legislative branch.

You guys can whine till you're blue in the face but the elected representatives were sent to DC to do the American electorates bidding. Security theater ain't in the budget and the Senate GOP agreed.

Congress controls the purse strings; maybe someone should tell Trump this isn't Burger King and he can't have it his way just because he stomps around.

America elected reps to put the ACA in place and they succeeded because they had the house, senate and presidency. Americas elected reps failed to repeal it when they had the house, senate and presidency.

So yeah, like the ACA.

It's called negotiating. When the other side isn't interested in any reason or compromise, walk out ... no sense wasting time on the likes of lil Chuckie and the witch.

Walking out is a lousy negotiation tactic. He's on the ropes, not the Dems. Mr. Art of the deal has probably cried himself to sleep for a week wishing he hadn't offer to "own the shutdown."

"Reporters" with a mic in the hand always attempt to control the agenda. Smart cookies like Reagan pretended not to hear rather than be put on the spot or appear confrontational. When it doesn't work, reporters generally bully, speak over their victim, or terminate the interview (ie, walk out).

Lol. Yea and they shut the government down then and proposed a bill that had to be voted in before anyone knew what was in it. That’s your typical dim shenanigans. The only failure was it's implementation to begin with and now it’s just gonna die on its own. Once welfare is given its almost impossible to take it back...which is sad.
