Thanks for making my point, albeit unwittingly.

Clinton won the popular vote by 2.1% and she was ahead in the polls by an average of 3.2%, well within the margin of error.

Statistical analysis and polling science is not a predictor, it simply represents peoples opinions as a snapshot in time. The polls were remarkably accurate despite you and your ilk continually repeating that they represented something that was wildly different from reality.

The polls were flawed since they were not modeled after the EC. Nothing new.

The flaw isn't in the methodology or the results, it's how the end user interprets the data. As stated, the polls were about 1% off from the final results and well within the MoE. Astonishingly accurate for what it represented. You wouldn't be mad at the Cessna for not being able to fly you to the moon, would you?

Digressing.... pointing at the trumps plummeting approval ratings has nothing to do with an untestable electoral college - it's a snapshot of opinions in time.
