i created two guys, 1b and a pitcher, and both ended up with the tigers. my batter was traded to the padres right as i was getting the hang of it and putting up some numbers and made it to the bigs so i'm sure i'm stuck there now. pitcher is still in aa ball with the tigers but should be getting the call up to aaa anytime now

Okay, after you extract to the flash drive, start the ps3, and on the dashboard or whatever it is called, you find the roster file and copy it (should go directly into the place it needs to be)

Start the game, and first thing, go to rosters and save, creating your own save name.

Then, load the OS rosters (should be called OpeningDay)

After they load, save them over writing the roster you saved earlier.

Something with the writing makes it unable to save the rosters in game if you load the OS rosters, so when you start your franchise/RTTS, load the roster you saved under your name.

I recommend you just run though it once without wasting time on making your guy, just to see if you did it right, and just exit and restart your rtts if you've got it down.

I'm about to finally make the switch to ps3 this weekend for my birthday..only game I'm getting is the show for now. Got one quick game in of 2k10 on 360 lastnight and it reminded me of how terrible the game actually is. It's hilarious how the caps look like big boxes sitting on the players heads..fielding sucks, hitting sucks, nothing is realisic about the game at all. After reading this thread I can't wait to play the show.

Wish I could figure out how to get my HDMI cable to work with my PS3. I have reseted and everything with no f ing luck.

I have the bulky ps3 and while the power is off I have to hold down the power button in the front and it beeps then keep holding it down until it beeps again. I havnt done it in a while but if I remember correctly thats what I done.

No perfect cable, works 4.0 with the 360 and I have tried about 5 of them. FTR I havent had HDMI with this PS3. I had an older fat one and the cable worked fine with it on this particular tv. Maybe I need to download the newer firmware, I havent had it hooked up to online yet and the guy I bought it from didnt have it online either. I love the show and it looks nice but I need HDMI

Do you have to unfix it to get the fw ?

I have the old fat one too, just plug it an and its good to go.
