The Show 11

This may have already been discussed but I dont feel like reading all pages. How do yal like the new points system in RTTS how you dont have goals but it gives you points by how you perform at the plate. It honestly makes me do better I can just try to hit the ball and hit it in the right direction and still get points, instead of worrying about failing the goal. I hated when it said drive the runner in when hes on second and you hit a shot up the middle and he dont score and you failed the goal

You may still get the same amount of points as in '10 I haven't paid attention but its just easier in 11

The points are much better, you just have to hold up your end and what the CPU players do isn't as crucial to your goals.

Very much improved IMO

Picked up the game today. In my first game starting I'm 3-4 with 2 HRs and a 2B

Through the first month of my RTTS, my guy was hitting .400. Since then, my average has been going down like a drunk co-ed.

I was worried about it being too easy after playing for an hour, I was wrong, if the difficulty is balanced it gets tough

Especially in the majors, it gets really tough on hitting. Seems like they make a play no matter where u hit it

There should be some good slider sets out soon, I've been bumping up a little now here and there, I might go to all star from vet next season, I cant find the right balance.

Anyone playing this in 3D? I was in Best Buy today and they had it set up on a 3D set. It was pretty freaking cool. The presentation graphics and pop up windows of base runners were on a top layer and the game was in 3D behind them. I want a 3D set now. Probably be a year or two before I get one, but it was cool seeing it in action.

I started my career tearing the cover off the ball now I can't buy a hit

Glad I'm not the only one. I wonder if it has anything to do with pitchers figuring out how to pitch to us?

Do what I did, turn off guess pitch and turn pitch speed down 1 notch until you can start picking up the ball well.

Use your guy as a practice case until you get the hang, once it clicks, you're good.

Im still a sucker for fastballs over my head. I've started picking up breaking balls alot better.
