my batter keeps getting that he's ready for the majors but there is no spot open. i really hope i don't get called up right now as it's the end of june and i want to hopefully play in the futures and the AAA all star game plus i don't want to blow my rookie season with only half the season left

i figure i'll try to keep my numbers good but not add points where i need to during the goal periods so if i am able to get the stats i need i won't meet every goal that time. i think fatty franchise may be ready for the starting rotation soon, hopefully when the next advancement period is over

not too shabby of a first start with fatty. 6 inning, 6 Ks and 2 runs but 10 hits and my team managed no runs on 5 hits for the loss

They said they put more time into a fluctuating strike zone for '11. I just say it first hand... I had about 10 strikes called balls in my past game. Each once was clearing within the strike zone. You can turn that option off but it does add the the realism.

After my first two starts since making the starting rotation I have 16 strikeouts, 5 hits and 1ER in 15 innings pitched. I hope I can carry it into AAA.

i'm playing my 2nd game in the stadium with the 20 ft walls, and they have already saved two hrs i believe but did allow a leadoff triple

i like the strike zones the way they are too, the disappointment of making that perfect pitch and it getting called a ball when it's clearly in the zone gets me more invested into each at bat rather than just moving sticks and pushing buttons

Yep pitching in the RTTS is a lot better this year. I just took away my 4th pitch so I can build on 3 and add another back later. Right now I have the FB, Sinker and Slider. I got my FB up to 92mph.

i should do that too, focus on 3 pitches instead of 4 when i throw my 4th pitch maybe 3 times a game. just got the lovely 7 inning start, pitching with the lead the whole time and very next inning after i come out they tie it up so i don't get the win
