Finally ran today myself. Didn't time myself at all, just good old solid running to relieve some tension.

2 mile trail run with the wife last night. It was very nice run. I felt great afterwards. She apparently did not.

5.31 trail miles. 8:03 pace. Tried to keep it under 8, but the hills just got the best of me. Excited and nervous about my trail half next weekend.

3.2 last night 7:21 pace. There were tornado warnings out last night for some areas around ours. Where I ran you could see those areas off in the distance. It was really cool to see the weather develop.

4.23 for my final run before my half on Saturday. Ran just over an 8 minute pace. It was still almost completely dark for the first two miles.

3.2 last night. 7:16 pace. It was amazing run. Ran on the river walk by the Tenn river with the sun setting.
