I've been doing 3-5 miles 2-3 times a week while lifting heavier and trying to build a little muscle. I'll up that as summer approaches to try to cut down a little fat. If I run too much, I think it negates my strength/mass gains.
5 miles last night to clear my head and boy did it work. 8:02 pace and if on the way back I hadn't been running into the wind it might been sub 8 pace.
So we're getting to run in Macedonia (Skopje Marathon). I was only gonna do the half, but how many opportunities am I gonna have to run a full in a different country?
