Well the route for this weekends Army 10-miler is likely going to be changed due to the government shutdown.

I don't think there was a better day to run than today. 60-70 degrees around 3pm, almost no humidity. Life is good.

Got 8.5 in today at 1:10:55. 8:19 pace. probably my best run of the year.

Yankee, don't think I could have done 1 1/2 miles more in under four minutes, so I'm incredibly impressed with your 10 mile time.

Been MIA for a little while. Been trying to run as much as possible but life is getting in the way.

Another 3.5 this morning watching the sun rise. Flushed a 4 point at the end of the run and the dog wanted to try and catch it.
