Now time to head over to TBA to watch us lock up a NCAA tourney bid! Go Vols!
 
I was going to take the lead today but too much snow, feeling like crap and not enough daylight. I'll have to settle for a close second. 20 miles.

Total - 37.5
 
4.0 miles today in 38:37. The cutback week did wonders for my legs, and my foot felt fine today. Back up to 25 this week with some added speed work.
 
Hadn't run in 3 1/2 weeks and started back. Have run 3 days in a row at 3 miles while I'm in Nashville

First speed workout today. One mile warmup, 4x 60 sec flatout x 60 sec rest, one mile cooldown. I'm so glad I built a decent base before starting speedwork. My cooldown was about 25 sec/mile faster than most of my base training, didn't feel hard at all.
