I guess I didn't really notice it much because Chandler struggles to get to the second level.

Surprised that he didn't get more passes out of the backfield last season because he excelled at that with several TDs in 2018.

Gray probably runs about a 4.5 or a 4.55 in the forty, which is plenty fast enough. Chandler is a legit 4.4 burner. Dude has NFL wheels.

Yeah he almost runs too low to the ground. Instead of juking someone or running past someone in the secondary he always tries to run them over.

We averaged 4.1 YPC last year. Everyone better prepare themselves because this is going To be a run heavy offense. QB has not proven it can be consistent (including JG). We have a line with four 5 stars and a 6th year Senior. Perfect recipe to take pressure off of whoever starts at QB.

A lot of running. A lot of play action when we pass.

Gray did not show much speed last year, Chandler definitely has it.

Maybe, but I was with you on his speed, he just cant make people miss. I'd almost rather him gain 25 lbs and just become a PWR tailback. At least then hed be able to wear on a defense..

I feel like it’s obvious this is the route we are going to go. We lose our best wide receivers and bring back everything that was strong about our running game. Plus the experience is greatly improved at RB. Gray is going to shine and I’m looking forward to seeing what a bruiser back can do. There were so many times last year with 3rd and 1 that should have been easily converted. That won’t happen this year

I look for UT and Bama to be more run heavy, this season. Pruitt is a Sabanite, and Nick is sick and tired of his defenses giving up 30+ points.

I'm thinking that we can up our rushing attack 30 yards a game to get us around 175/gm. If we do, that'll cut down on the 3 and outs and 3rd and long situations we've seemed to be in a bunch the last 3 years. If we do a good job in turnover margin and produce in the run game I feel we're going to win a bunch of football games.

Hardesty is going to help Chandler I think. This will be the year Chandler fights to stay on his feet.
