You guys named a web site where those of us who support your efforts to paint that rock can send contributions for paint supplies and liquid refreshments.

That is PROOF that our Vols have GREAT fans that love our Vols more than anything.

If that doesn't make those recruits think hard about wanting to play for 100,000+ screaming, dedicated Vols fans then nothing will.

Now we need to get the band to practice at Neyland when recruits are in town, setup the T and have a announcer introduce the recruits by name and let them get a feel of running through the T on the field with some piped in screaming fans on the PA system.

That would get their blood pumping and (hopefully0 turning UT Orange.

THANKS to everyone for their time and commitment to paint the rock!!!

VFL...GBO!!!

Nice job hiding the beer and whiskey bottles in the night pic! :)
For real, great job on the rock. Every recruit loves seeing (and hearing) his own name. We all want to be remembered. :pepper:

This is an awsome idea. I always thought the fraternity's should have been doing this with their pledges and making them guard it. This is better cause we have people who want to be there. Good on you all. Thanks

That'll never happen, but some of the band (w/ cheerleaders) could accidentally be nearby practicing playing Tennessee fight songs while the recruits are in a central place. Rah rah ree, hit 'em in the knee! Rah rah ras!
