Man I went to see Devildriver and Trivium in Nashville about 10 yrs ago. I left before In Flames bc I didn't know who they were at the time being the naive 13 yr old I was. I still hate myself.

Baby metal sucks.

Gwar is and always has been the hard version of genesis with peter Gabriel....which isn't that great in my opinion.

Going to GNR in july....that is rock.

Yes, I agree.

I am sure Bieber fans say the same thing about Michael Jackson too.

My point is, Led Zeppelin, Moody Blues, ELO, Queen, GNR, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, etc have all lasted the test of time because they had melody.

They were able to blend guitars with pianos....hell Metallica's best concert was with a symphony in my opinion.

Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Yardbirds, Cream....songs are classics.

I listen to baby metal and laugh.

They are hacks. There will be no Eric Clapton breaking away from this band.

Yes, I am old. Old enough to know what crap sounds like.

Heavy metal died with Dimebag Darrell.

Saw Pop Evil, Rob Zombie, and Disturbed in Nashville Saturday. Awesome show, and the new ampitheater is really nice.

It was the 4th time I've seen Disturbed and first time for Zombie. Zombie is still awesome and David Draiman sounded as good as he ever has. Lzzy Hale even came out for part of a song.

Draiman needs to lay off the pizza though and spend some time on a treadmill. Dude has gotten fat.
