I love Mangini’s playing on the album. It’s also nice hearing John Myung in the mix again. I think Viper King is my favorite track.

Really I like the whole album. I don't think there's really anything bad to be found here. Ironically I think the 1st two songs might be the weakest and even they are good. My favorites without question though are Fall Into The Light, Barstool Warrior, At Wits End, S2N, Pale Blue Dot, and Viper King.

But for me, the real star of this album is still "At Wits End." Petrucci's guitar work is just insane! Especially the outro at the end where he just makes his guitar "cry out" with so much emotion! Don't get me wrong. I love Petrucci's shredding but when he slows things down and just plays melodically, it's always special! That's why I think Petrucci is one of the best in the world. Some players can shred, others can play with emotion, but Petrucci is a master at both.

I've never really been into Volbeat and had only heard a few of their hits. But since they are touring with Godsmack and I might go to their Nashville show, I decided to listen to more of their stuff. I ended up buying their albums on iTunes. Their live album they released last year is awesome.

I cant stand that lead singer's voice. He sounds like a male Cher.
