The time to put Maurer in was Georgia State, BYU, Chattanooga. At this point as awful as it will be to watch you just trot JG out there against UGA and Bama

I am sure Maurer is saying screw you! UGA first start no thanks. Better give him more reps with the 1st team get him ready and install after the Bama game. Finish the season strong and keep his confidence high.

I’m sure any Maurer supporter would appreciate the vote of confidence from the fan base and students but there’s a better way to show your support rather than something like this. I see this as just as classless as the UGA fan that mocked Pat Summit at her statue and we didn’t like that at all. Except this is within our own blood lines. I’m not a JG fan but he is a Vol. Don’t kick the man when he’s already kicking himself because I guarantee he already feels worse than we do.

Pruitt has allowed this to happen by continuing to trot JG out there.. I feel for the kid, he doesn’t deserve any of this.

If you can’t tell his attitude has sucked every time he doesn’t get his way or things don’t go his way then IDK what to tell ya.

It’s obvious the kid thinks very highly of himself but the fact remains he’s not that good, we don’t need someone painting a message on a rock to tell us that.

Again, he can leave when ever he wants, he’s already graduated. I’ll say if he does get benched for the UGA game he won’t be over there trying to help BM or JTS.

I've seen bears climb trees, and brother can they climb. I think it might be more accurate to say that some bears can't climb trees - not that there are some trees that bears can't climb. There is no tree too big for a bear to climb - there are only trees too small to support them.

He had his moments for sure, but to not have any playing time i cant say he looked any worse than JG. I can say he looked like he was trying harder when he was in the game.

Again, who's trotting him out there?

All he can do is try his best when he goes out there. And he sucks Everytime! As a coach...what else do you need to see?

So if he can't see the obvious, then who is left to point it out for him? The fans!

It's ugly and classless, but something has to give! Pruitt is one dumb SOB....

I see your point. I’m convinced that Pruitt is delegating offensive personnel and clearly has no interest in getting anyone else prepared at qb. Chaney is getting heat but it shows in his demeanor he’s not happy. It also shows in his play calling that he’s having to call plays around the starting qbs limitations. One can only hope Pruitt shows the same kind of loyalty to his next qb. Which I doubt very seriously.
